Come to the walk at Johnston Green Days, rain or shine! The walk will be approximately 1.5 miles and will begin and end at Terra Park. Enjoy the Light the Night for Sight and all the Green Day activities.
Prevent Blindness Iowa is the state’s only health and safety organization dedicated to preserving sight and preventing blindness. Founded in 1958, Prevent Blindness Iowa has been working for over 60 years to reduce unnecessary blindness by detecting eye disease early, protecting eyes from eye injuries, providing funds for research and educating Iowans on how to avoid vision loss. Our goal is to eliminate unnecessary blindness.
